Lime products are used in production processes of building material such as autoclaved aerated concrete block (AAC Blocks). It acts as a stabiliser, aiding in the chemical reactions that give AAC its strength and other desirable properties. AAC Blocks have replaced traditional red bricks, which are very hazardous to the environment.
