Chemical & Mineral Industries Pvt. Ltd. (CMI), a prominent industrial organization of the city of Jodhpur has made a National record in the World renowned "Limca Book of Records – 2016" by installing India's First pet-coke fired Twin-D Lime Kiln.

The Company was established in 1972 by its Chairman and Managing Director Sh. Vimal Raj Singhvi and is in the business of manufacturing of Precipitated & Activated Calcium Carbonate powder.

Sh. Rahul Singhvi, Director informed that CMI has installed the most advanced and fully automated pet-coke fired Twin-D Lime Kiln on June 6th, 2014 at Boranada Industrial Area, Jodhpur. It is based on the technology of world's renowned Italian Company M/s Cimprogetti Lime Technologies and has a production capacity of 300 MT of high purity Quick Lime per day.

Mr. Vishant Singhvi, the Director, CMI informed that the major consumers of this product are steel & paper industries. Presently we have been able to substitute the import by 10 to 15% of the total import of Quick Lime of the country. We are thus not only saving the valuable foreign exchange of the country but also participating in 'Make in India' concept of the Prime Minister of India. The customers who were hither to importing are extremely satisfied with our product and services.

Mr. Rahul Singhvi congratulated every staff member of the company for their dedicated & incessant efforts & performance which has put the feather in cap of CMI by recording its name in the 'Limca Book of Records' for the year 2016 and also thanked the editorial team of Limca Book of Records who recognized our venture being first in the country.
